Week 2: Friday Check In

I had a great week this week! I lost 1.3kg (2.9 lbs) from last Friday.

Starting weight: 70.8kg
Current weight: 69.0kg

Total loss: -1.8 kg

I feel pretty good, I've managed to keep on track with the running, walking, and stretching. I've also been working to prepare really healthy meals, so I feel good on the inside, too!

  3. Yes. I imagine to do it for example each week or also each time that you would like to be photographied. It is personal; so it depends on what you want to keep like memories of your "fight" against the weight.
    If you have a little moment, I could do it to day but not after 9pm.
    It also can be an other day, when you 'll have the time.
